Makkah Construction names Saleh bin Laden Chairman, Abdulraouf Mannaa Vice Chairman

Makkah Construction and Development Co.'s board of directors approved today, June 18, appointing Saleh bin Laden as Chairman and Abdulraouf Mannaa as Vice Chairman for the three-year term that started on June 10, 2023, according to a Tadawul statement.

In addition, the board greenlit appointing Hamza Serafi as Managing Director.

The board also approved the formation of the audit, executive, social responsibility as well as the nomination and remuneration committees.
