Makkah Construction forms board committees

Makkah Construction and Development Co. announced the appointment of chairmen of committees emanating from the board of directors.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that Mohammed Al-Nafie (independent member) was appointed as the audit committee chairman, while non-executive member Ibrahim Al-Subaie and non-board member Osama Barian were selected as committee members.

The executive committee will bs chaired by Saleh bin Laden, with the membership of non-executive members Samer Al Khawashki and Ziad Albassam, in addition to independent members Ghasan Shalaby and Turki Alqunaibit.

The social responsibility committee was also formed, including non-executive member Hamza Serafi as chairman, and independent members Ghasan Shalaby and Hisham Mufti as members.

The board decided to appoint Ghasan Shalaby as the nomination and remuneration committee chairman. Abdulraouf Manna (non-executive), Ziyad Al-Hogail (non-executive) and Fahd Al-Zahrani (non-board) were named as committee members.
