Makkah Construction CEO steps down

Makkah Construction and Development Co.'s board of directors accepted on June 29 the resignation of CEO Fahad Al-Fawaz, effective July 1.

The resignation was submitted for personal circumstances, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The company will announce any developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course.
