Makkah Construction & Development Company said on Tuesday that it plans to issue a 25 percent cash dividend at SAR 2.5 per share for its last fiscal year, which ended in January.
It also gave the go-ahead to transfer SAR 100 million from the surplus of its statutory reserves account to retained earnings.
The company, which is based in the holy city of Makkah, uses the Islamic calendar for its fiscal year.
