Retal's subsidiary inks SAR 2.9B deal with ROSHN to build 1,962 housing units in Dhahran

Retal Urban Development Co.'s subsidiary Building Construction Co. (BCC) signed a contract today, May 20, with ROSHN Group for the development, design and building of 1,962 residential units at the latter’s ALDANAH project (site 1), Dhahran, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract, valued at about SAR 2.9 billion, runs for 45 months, starting from the date of the land handover by the Public Investment Fund-owned (PIF) ROSHN Group.

Under the contract, BCC will undertake the project’s detailed master plan, design and execute the infrastructure, landscape, and construction works of 1,962 residential units, in addition to the public amenities, it added.

The project is expected to positively impact Retal's financial results throughout its execution between 2024-2028.
