Saudi German Hospital says won’t issue dividend for FY2019

Middle East Healthcare Co.’s (MEAHCO) board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for fiscal year 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step aims to support the expansion projects, renovate the hospital buildings and upgrade the medical system as well as equipment.
The decision is pending approval of the general assembly
