Saudi German Health board proposes no dividends for 2022

Middle East Healthcare Co.'s (Saudi German Health) board of directors recommended, on March 30, withholding dividends for 2022, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
The recommendation aims to support the company's expansions and current construction projects.
Furthermore, the medical services provider is renovating the hospital buildings as well as upgrading the systems and medical equipment, to improve hospital operations and increase the company's investment in the healthcare sector.
The proposal is pending approval of the next general meeting, the company noted.
