Saudi German Health intends to issue SAR-denominated sukuk

Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) announced plans to issue SAR-denominated sukuk under the sukuk issuance program and offer to public, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Al Rajhi Capital was appointed the financial advisor, sole arranger, and dealer.

The offering size will be determined later subject to the market conditions at the time of the offering and the proceeds would be used for the company’s purposes, the statement said.
