The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said the Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) sukuk will start trading on March 13, with the symbol 5019 and ISIN Code SA16100IEDJ2.
The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, March 11, the subscribed securities of Saudi German Health sukuk into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
According to Argaam’s data, Saudi German Health announced on Feb. 26 the completion of its SAR-denominated sukuk issuance, valued at SAR 1 billion.
