Sinad Holding Co. will open tomorrow, Aug. 1, the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session starting Oct. 27, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.
Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Aug. 31, the statement added.
