Sinad reappoints Abdulaziz Yamani as Chairman, Amr Kamel as Vice Chair

Sinad Holding Co. said its board of directors decided on Oct. 27 to reappoint Abdulaziz Yamani as Chairman, and Amr Mohammed Kamel as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, Sinad added that its board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee, chaired by Mansour Al-Busaile.

It also formed the investment and finance committee, chaired by Amr Kamel and comprising Naif Al-Rajhi, Faisal Shaker, and Tariq Khushhal as members.

The board further approved the formation of a new audit committee for the current term. The relevant details will be announced separately in line with disclosure requirements.

All committee appointments take effect from Oct. 27 for a three-year term, ending Oct. 26, 2028.

Additionally, a board and committee secretary, along with official representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), were appointed.

According to Argaam data, Sinad’s shareholders recently elected the new board of directors for the upcoming term.
