Sipchem reappoints Khalid Al-Zamil as Chairman

Sipchem board approved the reappointment of Khalid Al-Zamil as Chairman and Fahad Al-Rajhi as Vice Chairman

The board of Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) approved on Dec. 11 the reappointment of Khalid Al-Zamil as Chairman and Fahad Al-Rajhi as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed its executive, nominations and remuneration, and governance committees.

In addition, Sipchem appointed Fahad Al-Ohaly as board secretary and named company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul), and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
