Saudi Research and Marketing Group’s board of directors has appointed Sulaiman Ibrahim Al-Hadithi as board chairman, effective immediately, replacing Abdullah Salem Bahamdan, who resigned due to health and family reasons.
Al- Hadithi will remain as chairman till April 30, 2018, the end of the three-year term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board also appointed Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Moussa as a non-executive board member.
