Sumou says trading suspension for transition to TASI to end on Sep.10

Sumou Real Estate Co. disclosed the transfer document to move from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the main market (TASI). 

The document includes a timetable for the transition process, Sumou said in a statement to Tadawul. 

The company set Sept. 10, the last date of the trading suspension on the share, for the transfer to the main market.

According to Sumou’s document, 37.5 million shares will be transferred at a nominal value of SAR 10 each. 

Tadawul approved yesterday, Aug. 20, Sumou’s application for transition to the main market. 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Sumou filed in May for the transition with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
