Sumou gets off-plan sale license for Ajwan project in Al Khobar

Sumou Real Estate Co. obtained on Nov. 16 the off-plan sale license for Ajwan project in Al Khobar, from the Ministry of Housing’s Wafi program with No. 219, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company signed on Sept. 11 an agreement to provide selling and marketing services for the one million square meter-Ajwan project in Al Khobar, Argaam reported.
