Sumou appoints Essam Kalthoum as Managing Director

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board approved today, April 15, the appointment of Essam Kalthoum as Managing Director (MD), the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Kalthoum will begin his duties immediately.
The new MD holds a civil engineering degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, earned in 1982, and has over 40 years of executive experience.
Kalthoum previously served as MD and CEO in the real estate development, urban planning, and investment sectors. He also sits on the boards and committees of several listed firms and real estate funds.
