Zahrat Al Waha shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co.’s shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Dec. 26, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 8.

 

The new board includes Ahmed Hammoud Ibrahim Al-Theyab, Sahal Yousef Abdullah Jamal-Allail, Taha Mohammed Abdul Wahid Azhari, George Abdulkarim George Moussa, Ahmed Hassan Ahmed Ali and Meshaal Mohammed Saleh Al-Mogren.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term, as well as determined tasks, work procedures, remuneration for its members, and their membership period.

 

The audit committee includes Taha Mohammed Abd Al Wahid Azhari as an independent member, and Ahmed Khedr Mohammed Aniees Harara and Meshaal Mohammed Saleh Al-Mogren as members from outside the board.
