Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. will start as of June 19 distributing SAR 10.12 million in cash dividends for 2024, at SAR 0.45 per share (4.5% of capital), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders of record and those registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the general assembly will be eligible.
In March, Zahrat Al Waha’s board of directors recommended the payment of a cash dividend at 4.5% of capital, or SAR 0.45 a share, for 2024, Argaam reported.
