Revenues increased 46.88% year-on-year (YoY) in Q1 2025 on higher property sales and an increase in rental earnings.
In addition, Al Akaria noted a 794% surge in gross profit from property sales, and an 86% rise in gross profit from infrastructure projects.
On a sequential basis, net profit declined 28.2% from SAR 188.18 million in Q4 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 5.17 billion as of March 31, 2025, compared to SAR 4.77 billion a year earlier.
