TAM Development Co.'s board of directors appointed Omar Aljeraisy as Chairman and Ali Sheneamer as Vice Chairman on Oct. 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Furthermore, the board named Abdullah Youssef as Managing Director and CEO.

 

The audit committee was formed, with Ahmed Jaber as Chairman and Samer Jundi and Moaz Al-Hajri as members.

 

The remuneration and nominations committee was also formed, including Nadeem Elias as Chairman, as well as Ali Sheneamer and Yara Anbatawi as members.

 

In addition, the board appointed Abdullah Yousef and Eman Alsayrafi as representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul).
