Almunajem names Chairman, Vice-Chairman

Almunajem Foods Co.’s board of directors appointed Saleh Almunajem as Chairman and Suliman Al-Gwaiz as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 

The board also approved the formation of the audit committee, which includes Suliman Al-Gwaiz, Hasan AlJabri, and Abdullah Bawazir, among others.

 

Additionally, it ratified the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, which includes Hasan AlJabri and Abdullah Bawazir, among others.

 

Further, the board named the board secretary, the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).

 

During a ordinary general meeting last December, shareholders elected board members for the new term, which began on Feb. 15, according to data available on Argaam.
