Maharah board recommends capital hike to SAR 475 mln, 10% cash dividend for H2 2022
Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors recommended yesterday, March 6, raising capital by 26.7% from SAR 375 million to SAR 475 million.
The company stated, in a statement on Tadawul, that a total of 7.5 million shares will be distributed to shareholders (One bonus share for every five outstanding shares).
In addition, a total of 2.5 million of the shares earmarked for the capital top-up will be directed to the Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP), instead of their direct procurement.
The company clarified that the capital rise will be through capitalizing SAR 100 million of retained earnings.
In a separate statement, Maharah stated that the board decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend for the second half of 2022, at SAR 1.00 per share, as follows:
