Zahrat Al Waha shareholders approve 6% cash dividend for 2022
Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 6%, or SAR 0.6 a share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 21, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders approved the other agenda items including authorizing the board of directors to pay an interim dividend for 2023 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
They also endorsed the business contracts concluded with the related parties, in addition to amending the Articles of Association in line with the New Companies Law.
