Chubb Arabia approves FY18 dividend freeze

Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (Chubb Arabia) shareholders approved on Thursday the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for FY2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In March, the company's board of directors proposed a dividend freeze to boost growth and bolster the company's financial solvency, the statement added.
