Derayah REIT plans dividend for Q2 2019

Derayah REIT Fund will pay a 1.87 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.187 per unit, amounting to SAR 20.06 million, the fund manager, Derayah Financial, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.88 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2018, the fund manager added.
