ARDCO renames Tariq Al Faris as board chairman

Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) board of directors has reappointed Tariq bin Abdul Aziz Al-Faris as board chairman for the new three-year term started on June 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also elected Ali Al Khudhairi as deputy chairman for the same period.

 

Meanwhile, they have formed the board committees and appointed the board secretary.
