Alahli Takaful to approve FY18 dividend freeze in August

Alahli Takaful Co.’s shareholders will on August 1, 2019, approve the board’s recommendation on withholding dividend for FY ending Dec. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Shareholders will also elect new board members and a new audit committee for the coming three-year term, the statement added.
