Kingdom Holding reports illegal use of name in fictitious deals

Kingdom Holding Company has reported illegal use of its name, brand and information in fictitious contracts and investment agreements on several activities including trading on international stock exchange, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The firm warned against using its name or the name of its Chairman Prince Alwaleed bin Talal or other executives, directly or indirectly, for personal gains or to harm the company, vowing to take all legal measures against such acts.
