Tawuniya shareholders to vote on bylaws amendments on Sept. 8

The Company for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Tawuniya) shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting to be held on Sept. 8, 2019.

 

The bylaws articles to be submitted for voting are related to the company’s objectives, board members remuneration policies, contracts and agreements, as well as the general assembly meetings invites.
