Mulkia Gulf REIT to pay dividend for Q2 2019 on Aug. 7

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019 on Aug. 7, 2019, Mulkia Investment, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders of record on June 30, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Earlier this month, the fund’s manager declared a 1.7 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.17 per share for Q2 2019 amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
