Alkhabeer REIT reports SAR 16 mln profit until June 2019

Alkhabeer REIT has announced preliminary financial results for the period ending June 30, 2019, with a net profit of SAR 16.2 million.

 

Net assets stood at SAR 680.6 million, while total expenses reached SAR 50.5 million.

 

The number of units hit 66.4 million, at SAR 10.24 per unit.
