Al Moammar signs SAR 68 mln contract with Tawuniya

Al Moammar Information Systems Co (MIS) has inked a five-year contract with Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) at a total value of SAR 68.04 million, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Under the contract, MIS will supply equipment as well as operating and maintenance software to the Saudi insurer. 

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on the company’s earnings of Q4 2019, FY2020, FY2021, FY2022, FY2023 and the first three quarters of FY2024.

 

No related parties are involved in the contract, the statement added.
