Saudi Chemical rebrands into Saudi Chemical Holding

Saudi Chemical Co.’s shareholders have approved changing the company’s name to Saudi Chemical Holding Co., the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision came during the extraordinary general meeting held on Sept. 17, when shareholders also approved amending the company’s articles of incorporation.
