Maharah’s deputy chairman resigns

Maharah Human Resources Co.'s deputy chairman Abdullah Al Kenany – non-executive board member and a representative of Al Faisaliah Group - submitted his resignation on Thursday, Oct. 3 for personal reasons.

 

The resignation, which will come into effect today Oct. 6, was accepted by the board of directors on Oct. 5, Maharah said in a bourse statement.

 

Meanwhile, Abdulkarim Alnujaidi was appointed as an independent board member, in place of Al-Kenany, effective Oct. 6 for the current board term ending on Apr. 30, 2021.

 

These board decisions are subject to the approval of the company's upcoming ordinary general meeting.
