Arab Sea’s board approves moving to TASI

Arab Sea Information System Co.’s board of directors has approved a decision to move the company to the Saudi’s main stock market, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step will be made in accordance with the listing rules amendments issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Oct. 6, 2019.

 

In April, the Nomu-listed company signed a memorandum of understanding with KASB Capital to advice on its planned move to the main Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

 

On Feb. 26, 2017, Arab Sea was listed on Nomu with a capital of SAR 100 million
