Mulkia Gulf REIT to pay dividend for Q3 2019 on Nov. 5

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay cash dividend for Q3 2019 on Nov. 5, 2019, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Oct. 22, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend. 

 

Earlier this month, the fund’s manager said the fund would pay a cash dividend of 1.7 percent for Q3 2019, at SAR 0.17 per share, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
