Baazeem Trading Co. has submitted a request to move to the main stock market, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), through the automated system set by Tadawul for this purpose, it said in a bourse statement.
The company’s board recently approved a decision to move from the parallel market Nomu to the main market, according to data available on Argaam.
The amendments to the listing rules issued earlier by the Capital Market Authority included adding regulations related to the mechanism for the transfer of listed companies from Nomu to TASI.
Baazeem was listed on Nomu in Feb 2017 with SAR 101 million in capital (10 million shares).
