Sipchem elects new board of directors

Shareholders of Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting on Dec. 10, 2019. Khalid Al-Zamil was appointed as the board chairman, the company said in a statement on Tadawul on Monday.

 

The company also elected the members of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term and approved its terms of reference and members remuneration.

 

The fees of the company’s external auditor was also raised, the statement added.
