Saudi Telecom (STC) launched a new brand identity in line with its digital transformation strategy, the operator said in a bourse statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
This step aims to enhance customer experience, the statement added, expecting that it will boost the positioning of STC as one of the “most valuable” brands in the Middle East.
The new identity entails amending the company's Arabic name in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) from “Aleitsalat” to STC.
It will also apply to the company’s subsidiaries such as "VIVA Kuwait" and "VIVA Bahrain" that were also changed to STC.
