Tadawul suspends trading on SARCO ahead of event disclosure

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading of Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) on Tuesday for 1 session, a bourse statement said.

 

The suspension is in accordance with the listing rules and comes upon the request of the company as it will announce an event, the statement added.

 

The trading of the shares of SARCO will resume on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020.
