Al-Etihad Cooperative appoints chairman, vice chairman

Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Sulaiman Hamad AlDallali as chairman and Naif Saud AlTarriri as vice chairman of the board, following the approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

The company also named Shadi Shaker AlShabaan as Secretary General, as well as appointed members of different committees and their heads, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
