Al Alamiya board to withhold dividend for FY2019

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended issuing no dividend for fiscal year 2019 to strengthen the company’s financial position, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

The recommendation is subject to shareholders approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

The insurance firm had earlier approved withholding dividend for fiscal year 2018.
