Saudi Vitrified Pipes to discuss routine agenda items on April 5

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) shareholders will discuss, during the ordinary general meeting on April 5, 2020, approving the paid dividend for 2019 at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also discuss the board’s report, financial statements, and auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019.

 

They will further appoint an auditor for FY2020 and Q1 2021, in addition to authorizing the board to pay quarterly and semi-annual dividend for FY2020, the statement added.
