Chemanol to start EGM electronic voting on April 1

Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) said in a bourse filing that electronic voting for its extraordinary general meeting that will be held on April 5, 2020, will start on April 1.

The step followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty System in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).

The company has also changed the meeting’s location to the company’s building in Al Jubail.
