BCI board to withhold dividend for Q4 2019

Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The company further stated that the dividends distributed on March 17, 2020, for the first 9 months of 2019, at SAR 1 per share, were sufficient and equivalent to the previous years’ distribution.

 

The decision is pending approval of the general assembly.
