MIS to vote on delegating board to distribute dividend on April 20

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.'s (MIS) shareholders are set to vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 20, 2020.

 

Shareholders will also vote on cash dividend distributed for FY 2019 at SAR 2 per share amounting to SAR 32 million, representing 20% of capital.
