Edaa implements corporate action on NADEC

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) implemented the securities quantity increase for National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC), into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 10, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, NADEC’s shareholders approved, on May 6, a 20% capital hike to SAR 1.016 billion from SAR 847 million to support future investments.
