Alhokair Group to start e-voting on general meeting agenda on May 28

Shareholders of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development will start electronic voting on the general meeting’s agenda items on Thursday, May 28 instead of Tuesday, May 26, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday.

 

The e-voting date was changed upon request of the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

 

Alhokair Group shareholders will vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019, during the general meeting slated for June 1, Argaam earlier reported.
