Jabal Omar approves amending company's purposes

Jabal Omar Development Co.'s shareholders approved amending the articles of incorporation related to the company's purposes, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 13, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved amending other items related to the company's management, board authorities and meetings' quorum.

During the meeting, two board members were appointed for the three-year term ending on June 29, 2021.
