Chemanol shareholders appoint PwC as external auditor

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) shareholders approved appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as new external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements of Q2, Q3, Q4, FY2020 and Q1 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 24, 2020.

 

They also approved discharging board members from liabilities for FY2019, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
